Diego was born and lives in Madrid, a city to which he is deeply attached. After graduating in Audiovisual Communication, Diego completed his professional training with a Master's Degree in Art Direction and Staging in Madrid, as well as studies in Direction and Acting in Barcelona.
Together with Teresa Carril, Diego has created the audiovisual production project Superglu, in which he is in charge of the creative and executive direction of the productions. Among them, the medium-length film 'Zalamero' (2020) -currently available on Filmin- stands out a sensory and sensual summer tale in the times of polyamory and gender fluidity. Other outstanding productions by Superglu include audiovisual projects with artists such as Israel Fernández, Judeline, Carolina Durante and Julieta.
In parallel, Diego has been working in different departments and production companies in fiction projects including series and films, as well as in publicity and music videos.
Recently, Diego has directed another new fiction film entitled 'La Plaza Acuática', to be released in the coming months.
